I rarely saw my co-mommies from ISYC and I found myself emerging myself in work. While it is exciting, nothing beats face-to-face conversations hence I became a loner. I have realized how much I seek human interaction and that's when I discovered Bento Making.
According to Wikipedia, Bento (弁当 bentō) is a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine. A traditional bento holds rice, fish or meat, with pickled or cooked vegetables, usually in a box-shaped container. Containers range from disposable mass produced to hand crafted lacquerware. Bentos are readily available in many places throughout Japan, including convenience stores, bento shops (弁当屋 bentō-ya), railway stations, and department stores. However, Japanese homemakers often spend time and energy on a carefully prepared lunch box for their spouse, child, or themselves.
I became fascinated with the whole craft, especially after discovering online shops that sell bento tools such as BentoMommas, Bento Baby Ph, and Bento Kitsche Deluxe. Naturally, I began ordering my tools.
Here's the contact details of the following shops:
